Key Responsibilities
Identify, generate, and develop new sales prospects in assigned territories.
Meet prospective customers through field visits, referrals, and lead generation activities.
Conduct customer meetings and presentations to explain rooftop solar solutions and government subsidy benefits.
Perform preliminary site surveys and assess the feasibility of solar installations.
Prepare and follow up on quotations, proposals,



and sales documentation.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure high customer satisfaction.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Coordinate with the technical and operations teams to ensure smooth project execution.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, site visits, and sales activities.
Represent Stellar Green Solar Solutions professionally and uphold the company's values and vision.

Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualification
B.E. / B.Tech
Diploma Engineering
B.Sc.
Renewable Energy or any related technical field

Preferred Skills
Native Bengali speaker with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong presentation and negotiation abilities.
Comfortable with extensive field travel.
Basic understanding of solar energy systems is preferred.
Proficiency in using smartphones, MS Office, and digital communication tools.
