Key Responsibilities:
Source materials from the local market.
Visit vendor locations to procure and collect materials.
Coordinate the transportation of materials to the factory.
Obtain quotations from suppliers and prepare comparative price statements.
Develop and maintain solid relationships with vendors.
Negotiate pricing, delivery schedules, and payment terms.
Ensure timely procurement of quality materials at competitive prices.
Maintain accurate purchase records and documentation.
