SSC is seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and tech-savvy Accounting & Financial Reporting Specialist to join our growing team. This is a fully remote position with flexible schedule. We are looking for someone who is proactive, effective, analytical, and comfortable using the latest AI tools to improve workflows and productivity.

Key Responsibilities
Verify student attendance and ensure billing is accurate based on attendance records.
Review lesson notes and attendance to ensure invoices are complete and compliant.
Prepare invoices and reconcile billing records.
Generate weekly and monthly financial and operational reports.
Prepare financial reports, projections, forecasts, and budget reports for management.
Analyze data and identify trends to improve operational efficiency.
Maintain accurate accounting records and assist with bookkeeping tasks.
Create dashboards and reports using Excel, Google Sheets, and AI-powered tools.
Utilize AI tools to automate tasks, generate reports, and improve business processes.




Collaborate with the administrative team to ensure accurate billing and financial reporting.

Qualifications:
Experience in accounting, bookkeeping, finance, or financial analysis.
Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and financial projections.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
Experience with accounting software such as QuickBooks or similar platforms.
Comfortable using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, Gemini, Claude, or similar technologies.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently, manage deadlines, and maintain confidentiality.
Experience with attendance-based billing, education, healthcare, or service organizations is a plus.
