BACHELOR'S DEGREE
Job DescriptionTo design, implement, and oversee learning and development initiatives for employees, enhancing skills, knowledge, and performance across the organization.
III. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Core Responsibilities
Conduct training needs analysis across departments and identify skill gaps.
Develop, coordinate, and deliver learning programs including workshops, e-learning modules, and on-the-job training.
Track and evaluate training effectiveness and employee performance post-training.
Maintain training records and prepare reports for management review.
Collaborate with department heads to ensure alignment of learning initiatives with organizational goals.




Assist in onboarding current employees by providing orientation and initial training.
Ensure compliance with internal training policies and external regulatory requirements.
Stay updated with latest trends in learning and development and recommend improvements.
Support succession planning by identifying high-potential employees and providing targeted development opportunities.

IV. KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS
Measurable Deliverables
Timely completion of all training programs as per annual calendar.
Minimum 90% employee satisfaction in training feedback surveys.
Improvement in employee performance metrics post-training.
Development and implementation of at least one creative learning initiative per quarter.
V. JOB REQUIREMENTS
Minimum Qualifications
Graduate / Postgraduate in Human Resources, Business Administration & Hospital Administration.
Experience
6 to 8 years of experience in Learning & Development, preferably
