Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
Generate current business prospects through direct customer interaction, market visits, and networking activities.
Develop and maintain relationships with consultants, architects, builders, contractors, industries, and corporate clients.
Understand project requirements and recommend suitable HVAC solutions based on technical and commercial feasibility.




Prepare quotations, techno-commercial offers, tender documents, and project proposals.
Conduct product presentations and technical discussions with customers and consultants.
Coordinate with estimation, design, and project execution teams for accurate solution development.
Follow up on inquiries, quotations, and ongoing projects to maximize conversion rates.
Negotiate commercial terms and finalize orders while maintaining profitability targets.
Track project pipelines and maintain accurate sales records in company reporting systems.
Ensure timely collection of payments and support customer service activities whenever required.
Participate in exhibitions, seminars, and promotional activities to strengthen brand visibility.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging HVAC technologies.

Required Qualifications & Skills

Education
Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical Engin
