Job description
Provide clear, accurate, and detailed information regarding products and services to ensure customer understanding.
Resolve customer complaints efficiently and courteously, maintaining a high standard of customer satisfaction.
Accurately process customer orders, returns, and service-related requests in a timely manner.
Maintain comprehensive and up-to-date records of all customer interactions within the system.
Conduct timely follow-ups with customers to confirm issue resolution and ensure satisfaction.
Identify and escalate complex or unresolved issues to higher management when necessary.
Collaborate effectively with internal departments such as sales, logistics, and service teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
Build, develop, and maintain robust, long-term customer relationships through consistent and skilled engagement.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
