Responsibilities:
Conduct routine laboratory analysis of biodiesel, feedstock, glycerin, and other samples.
Perform quality checks as per ASTM / EN standards (viscosity, flash point, acid value, water content, etc.).
Prepare and standardize chemical reagents for testing.
Maintain laboratory records, test reports, and calibration logs.
Ensure compliance with safety protocols in handling chemicals.
Support production team with process improvements and troubleshooting.

Requirements:
B.Sc / M.Sc in Chemistry OR Diploma in Chemical Engineering.
Experience in analytical chemistry / QC laboratory preferred (chemical, oil, or biodiesel industry).
Experience in biodiesel production using Tallow and Acid oil.
Knowledge of lab instruments such as GC, titration, viscometer, flash point apparatus, etc.
Robust attention to detail and record-keeping.
