Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective customers using company-provided leads and databases.
Explain various banking and financial products, including Personal Loans, Business Loans, Home Loans, Loan Against Property, and other loan products.
Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable financial products based on their eligibility.




Follow up with customers to ensure timely submission of required documents.
Address customer queries professionally and provide prompt resolutions.
Ensure excellent customer service throughout the customer journey.

Required Skills:
Excellent communication skills in Telugu.
Basic communication skills in English (Hindi is an added advantage).
Solid convincing and interpersonal skills.
Positive customer handling and follow-up skills.
Comfortable using WhatsApp Web, CRM software, and online platforms.
Ability to work in a target-driven setting.
Positive attitude, patience, and willingness to learn.

Eligibility
Minimum Qualification: Any Graduate.
Freshers are welcome to apply.
Prior experience in Telecalling, Customer Support, Banking, Finance, Loan Processing, BPO, or Sales will be an added advantage.
