We are seeking an experienced Senior Advocate to manage the company's legal matters, represent the organization in courts and tribunals, provide legal advice, draft and review legal documents, and ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
Key Responsibilities
Represent the company before courts, tribunals, government authorities, and regulatory bodies.
Handle civil, criminal, corporate, labor, property, and commercial litigation matters.
Draft, review, and vet legal notices, agreements, contracts, deeds, petitions, affidavits, and other legal documents.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
