Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to U.S. clients to promote products or services
Understand customer needs and offer suitable solutions
Achieve daily or weekly call and conversion targets
Record call details and outcomes accurately
Follow campaign-specific guidelines and scripts
Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of experience in U.S. outbound calling (required)
Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written)
Comfortable working night shifts (U.S. time zones)
Sales or call center background preferred
Must be available to work from the office
