Key Responsibilities:
Perform Eligibility Verification (EV) for patients in the US healthcare process
Verify active insurance coverage, policy status, copay, deductible, coinsurance, and out-of-pocket details
Review payer portals and contact insurance companies when required
Ensure accurate documentation of eligibility and benefits in the system
Identify coverage limitations, authorization requirements, and policy restrictions
Coordinate with internal teams for claim readiness and billing accuracy
Maintain productivity and quality standards as per process requirements
Requirements:
Minimum 3+ years of experience in Eligibility Verification (EV) within RCM / US Healthcare:
Strong understanding of insurance verification, benefits, and payer guidelines
Experience working with US insurance portals and voice/non-voice EV processes
Good communication and analytical skills
