Key Responsibilities
Provide technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, and other IT peripherals.
Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, networking, and server-related issues.
Support Active Directory, user account management, and system access requests.
Maintain IT assets, inventory, and technical documentation.
Ensure timely resolution of IT incidents and service requests.
Follow IT security policies and support business continuity initiatives.
Coordinate with internal teams to deliver effective IT support.

Required Skills:
Solid knowledge of Windows OS, Networking, and Server Administration.
Experience in Hardware & Software Troubleshooting.
Basic knowledge of Active Directory and IT Infrastructure.
Positive communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and in a team setting.

Qualification
Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, or related field.

Preferred
Immediate Joiners Preferred.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
