About the Role

We’re looking for a talented Executive Chef to lead our culinary operations, drive menu innovation, and build a high-performing kitchen team. This role is ideal for a chef who combines creativity with solid operational discipline and is passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities
Lead all kitchen operations and culinary execution.
Design and evolve menus based on guest preferences, seasonality, and business goals.
Ensure consistent food quality, presentation, and service standards.
Manage food costs, inventory, purchasing, and kitchen profitability.
Recruit, train, mentor, and develop kitchen talent.
Collaborate with management on new concepts, promotions, and business growth initiatives.
Drive innovation while maintaining operational excellence.
Ensure compliance with all food safety, hygiene, sanitation, and regulatory requirements.

HACCP & Food Safety
Ensure full compliance with HACCP, food safety, hygiene,



and sanitation standards.
Implement proper food handling, storage, temperature monitoring, labeling, and FIFO/FEFO procedures.
Conduct regular kitchen audits and corrective actions to ensure compliance.
Train and develop kitchen teams on HACCP practices and food safety protocols.

What We’re Looking For
8+ years of culinary experience, including leadership roles.
Proven experience as an Executive Chef, Head Chef, or Senior Sous Chef.
Strong knowledge of menu engineering, food costing, inventory management, and kitchen operations.
Sound understanding of HACCP, food safety systems, and quality standards.
Excellent leadership, communication, and team management skills.
Ability to perform in a quick-paced, high-volume workplace.
Passion for culinary excellence, innovation, and guest satisfaction.

Preferred Qualifications
Culinary degree, diploma, or equivalent professional training.
