Job Summary

Key Responsibilities: Team Management & Leadership
Lead, mentor, and manage a team of E-commerce executives and account managers.
Set team KPIs, monitor performance, and provide regular coaching and feedback.
Ensure timely execution of tasks related to listings, inventory, orders, and account management.
Foster collaboration across sales, marketing, operations, and supply chain teams.

Account Management
Oversee all aspects of Amazon and Flipkart seller accounts.
Ensure account health, policy compliance, and issue resolution.
Manage escalations and maintain solid relationships with marketplace support teams.

Sales & Business Growth
Develop and implement marketplace growth strategies to increase sales, revenue, and market share.
Identify prospects for product expansion, promotions, pricing optimization, and category growth.
Drive achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

Listing & Catalog Management




Supervise product listing creation, optimization, and maintenance.
Conduct keyword research and ensure SEO-friendly content for higher visibility and conversion rates.
Improve product content, images, and A+ content wherever applicable.

Inventory & Operations Management
Monitor inventory levels and forecast demand to avoid stock-outs and overstocking.
Coordinate with procurement and warehouse teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
Optimize inventory planning based on sales trends and seasonality.

Performance Analysis & Reporting
Analyze sales data, customer behavior, advertising performance, and competitor activities.
Generate MIS reports and present business insights to senior management.
Recommend actionable strategies based on data-driven analysis.

Advertising & Marketing
Plan and manage Amazon Ads, Flipkart Ads, and promotional campaigns.
