About the Role

Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness Development & Sales
Prospect and engage HR, Marketing, Procurement, Administration, and Corporate Communications teams across organizations.
Schedule client meetings and presentations to showcase gifting solutions.
Develop and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Client Relationship Management
Build and nurture long-term relationships with corporate clients.
Understand client requirements and recommend suitable gifting and branding solutions.
Ensure timely communication and excellent customer service throughout the sales process.
Maintain regular follow-ups to generate repeat business and referrals.

Quotation & Order Coordination
Prepare quotations, proposals, and client presentations.
Coordinate with procurement, operations, and production teams to ensure seamless order execution.




Follow up on approvals, purchase orders, deliveries, and payments.
Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and sales activities.

Market Intelligence
Stay updated with industry trends, new gifting products, and competitor offerings.
Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
Gather market feedback and customer insights to support business growth.

Preferred Qualifications
