Key Responsibilities
Create a warm, protected, and engaging classroom environment
Observe, listen, and respond to children’s interests and ideas
Plan and facilitate play-based, inquiry-driven experiences
Document children’s learning through photos, notes, and displays
Build strong relationships with children and families
Collaborate with the team to design meaningful learning spaces
Maintain classroom materials and learning corners (construction, home living, sensory play, etc.)

What We’re Looking For




Genuine love and respect for young children
Curiosity and openness to learning (experience in Reggio approach is a plus, not a must)
Strong observation and communication skills
Ability to reflect, adapt, and grow as an educator
Patience, warmth, and a collaborative mindset

Qualifications:
Graduate (any field) / Montessori / early childhood (preferred but not mandatory)
Prior experience with young children is a plus
