Role Description This is a full-time, in office Project Sales Engineer role based in Mumbai. The Project Sales Engineer will identify and pursue project opportunities, prepare technical and commercial proposals,



and manage the end-to-end sales cycle for pumping and fluid engineering solutions. Daily responsibilities include engaging with clients, consultants, and contractors; conducting site visits and need assessments; and recommending suitable products and systems. The role involves coordinating with internal engineering, procurement, and service teams to ensure timely project execution and after-sales support. The Project Sales Engineer will also track market trends, maintain accurate sales pipelines and reports, and contribute to achieving regional sales and profitability targets.

Qualifications
Technical knowledge in electromechanical systems, fluid engineering, and pumping solutions, preferably including pumps, motors, valves, and related equipment.
Experience in project-based sales, including lead generation, proposal preparation, negotiation, and order finalization.
