Key Responsibilities
Identify, develop, and convert recent business opportunities across target industries and markets.
Generate leads through market research, networking, client meetings, and strategic partnerships.
Build and maintain solid relationships with corporates, government agencies, financial institutions, and key stakeholders.
Develop and execute business development strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets.
Prepare business proposals, presentations, commercial offers, and participate in client negotiations.

Sales & Revenue Growth
Drive end-to-end sales activities, from lead generation to deal closure.
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Identify opportunities for cross-selling and up-selling the organization's services.
Monitor sales performance, prepare forecasts, and maintain an active sales pipeline.

Market Research & Strategy
Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and identify emerging business opportunities.
Track industry trends, customer requirements, and market developments to formulate growth strategies.




Support leadership in expanding into recent markets and business segments.

Client Relationship Management
Develop long-term relationships with existing and prospective clients.
Understand client requirements and coordinate with internal teams to deliver customized business solutions.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business.

Proposal Management & Coordination
Prepare client presentations, business proposals, RFP/RFQ responses, and commercial documentation.
Coordinate with technical and project teams to develop competitive solutions and ensure timely submission of proposals.
Track proposal status and follow up with clients until closure.

Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work closely with operations, technical, finance, and project teams to ensure smooth project execution.
