Set and install dies, tools, fixtures, and other tooling on production machines.
Carry out die changing and machine setup as per production requirements.
Check die condition before and after use and report any damage or abnormality.
Set machine parameters such as stroke, pressure, speed, feed, and other required settings.
Conduct trial runs after die setting and ensure the first-off component meets the required quality standards.
Make necessary adjustments during setup to achieve required dimensions and quality.
Coordinate with the Production, Quality, Maintenance, and Tool Room teams whenever required.
Ensure proper alignment and fitting of dies to avoid rejection, damage, or machine breakdown.
Pay: ₹11,240.61 - ₹27,791.37 per month
