Core Responsibilities
Tele calling and generate prospect and Counsel prospective students and parents regarding courses and career prospects.
Understand student needs and recommend suitable programs.
Achieve admission and revenue targets.
Maintain accurate CRM records and reports.
Coordinate with academic, marketing, and finance teams.
Conduct telephonic, virtual, and face-to-face counselling.
Resolve student queries promptly.
Build long-term relationships with students for referrals and retention.
Participate in admission drives, education fairs, and seminars.performa
