Role & responsibilities
Customize, configure, and optimize Zoho CRM to align with business processes and requirements.
Provide training and support to users to ensure effective utilization of Zoho CRM features and functionalities.
Create and maintain documentation, including user guides, process flows, and training materials.
Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement solutions to address technical challenges.
Stay updated on the latest Zoho CRM features, enhancements, and best practices, and proactively recommend improvements.
Any graduate in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration.
Proven experience as a Zoho CRM Specialist or similar role, with a minimum of 1 year of experience.
Expertise in configuring and customizing Zoho CRM,



including modules, fields, layouts, workflows, and reports.
Understanding of CRM principles and best practices, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Detail-oriented with robust analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Zoho CRM certifications (e.g., Zoho Certified Developer, Zoho Certified Administrator) are a plus.

Job Types: Full time, Fresher

Pay: ₹14,522.65 - ₹35,143.74 per month
