Manage and supervise day-to-day site execution activities.
Robust experience in RCC works including footing, column, beam, slab, shear wall, and concrete pouring.
Ensure work execution as per approved drawings, specifications, and project schedules.
Supervise contractors, subcontractors, and site workforce.
Conduct reinforcement, shuttering, and concrete quality checks before casting.
Monitor site progress, material consumption, and manpower productivity.
Coordinate with architects, consultants, and project management teams.
Maintain daily progress reports, site records, and measurement sheets.
Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and construction standards.
Support billing, BOQ verification, and quantity estimation activities.

Mandatory Requirements
Minimum 4+ years of site execution experience.
Hands-on RCC execution experience is mandatory.:
Experience in residential/commercial building projects.
Ability to read structural and architectural drawings.
Knowledge of AutoCAD, BBS, and site documentation preferred.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
