Job Overview

Key Responsibilities
Manage and handle online marketplaces such as Amazon and other e-commerce platforms
Create and manage product listings with accurate information and updates
Monitor stock levels and coordinate inventory management
Handle customer queries, messages, and order-related issues professionally
Resolve customer complaints and provide timely support
Keep marketplace accounts updated with pricing, product details, and policies
Track marketplace performance and maintain smooth order processing
Coordinate with internal teams for dispatch, stock availability, and updates
Stay updated with marketplace trends, policy changes, and platform updates

Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of experience in e-commerce or marketplace handling
Basic understanding of Amazon Seller Central and other marketplaces
Positive communication and problem-solving skills




Knowledge of product listing and inventory management
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
Basic computer and Excel knowledge preferred
Proficient in written and spoken English with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and marketplace support teams

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, E-commerce, or a related field preferred.

Experience

Experience in product listing, inventory management, customer service, and order processing is preferred.

Pay: ₹150,000.00 - ₹250,000.00 per year
