Deliver exceptional guest service and maintain high customer satisfaction levels.
Engage with guests and proactively address feedback.
Ensure service recovery for dissatisfied customers.
Food Safety & Hygiene
Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards.
Conduct regular cleanliness and safety checks.
Ensure proper storage, handling, and preparation of food products.
Maintain compliance with FSSAI and company guidelines.
Inventory & Cost Control
Monitor daily inventory consumption and stock availability.
Minimize wastage and control food costs.
Conduct shift-level inventory checks and stock reconciliation.
Coordinate with vendors and support stock ordering processes.
Sales & Business Performance
Drive sales through effective shift management and upselling initiatives.
Monitor key business metrics such as:
Sales achievement
Average bill value
Customer satisfaction scores
Food cost and wastage
Support local store marketing activities.
Cash Handling & Compliance
Ensure accurate cash management and shift settlements.
Maintain required operational records and reports.
Adhere to company policies and statutory requirements.
