We are looking for experienced and performance-driven Travel Sales Consultants to join our growing team.

Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries for international travel bookings.
Sell domestic and international flight tickets, hotel bookings, holiday packages, visa services, travel insurance, and other travel-related services.
Understand customer travel requirements and recommend suitable travel options based on their budget and preferences.
Convert inquiries into confirmed bookings through effective sales techniques and follow-ups.




Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to overall team revenue.
Build and maintain long-term customer relationships to generate repeat business and referrals.
Handle booking confirmations, cancellations, rescheduling, refunds, and post-sales support.
Coordinate with airlines, consolidators, hotels, and travel partners to ensure smooth booking execution.
Maintain accurate customer records, booking details, and sales reports in the CRM/system.
Resolve customer concerns promptly while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

Required Skills:
Hands-on experience with Amadeus GDS (mandatory).
Strong knowledge of international air ticketing and fare construction.
Excellent sales, negotiation, and closing skills.
Strong communication and customer handling abilities.
Valuable understanding of airline policies, travel documentation, and reservation processes.
