About the Role

Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and employee induction.
Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and employee engagement initiatives.
Oversee employee relations, grievance handling, and conflict resolution.
Manage payroll coordination, attendance, leave records, and HR documentation.
Ensure compliance with labor laws, statutory regulations, and company policies.
Coordinate performance management, appraisals, and employee development programs.
Identify training needs and organize learning and development initiatives.
Monitor employee retention and implement strategies to improve engagement.
Support department heads in manpower planning and workforce management.
Maintain HR records, reports, and confidential employee information.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration,



or a related field.
MBA/PGDM in Human Resources is preferred.
Minimum 5 years of HR experience, with at least 3 years in the hotel or hospitality industry preferred.:
Strong knowledge of labor laws, payroll processes, and HR compliance.
Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and HRMS software.
Experience working in hotels, resorts, or hospitality organizations.
Strong leadership and people management skills.
Ability to work in a rapid-paced, customer-focused environment.
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
