Financial Assistant to CFO- India

Our Indiateam is growing, and we are looking for a agile, career-oriented individual to join our Finance Department for the position of Financial Assistant to CFO.

Job description:
Assist on the development and execution of the financial strategy aligned with the organisation’s overall goals
Assist the Group CFO on annual budgeting and forecasting process across all business units
Preparation of financial and any other reports requested by the CFO/Management
Financial transactions monitoring
Identify and assess financial risks and assist on developing strategies to mitigate them
Assist the Group CFO on managing capital structure, including debt, equity and working capital
Ensure the accurate and efficient execution of financial transactions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll
Preparation of accounting records/financials for various companies of the Group
Communicate financial performance, strategy and risks to the Group CFO
Ensure compliance with accounting standards, regulations,



and reporting requirements
Provide insights to Group CFO for informed decision-making

Requirements:
2 - 4 years previous experience in a similar role
Familiarity with accounting software (Panteon software will be considered an advantage)
Knowledge in MS Office, especially in Excel is required
Excellent verbal/written communication skills in English language
Self-motivated & enthusiastic to learn and develop
Analytical and attention to detail
Professionalism, work ethic and team player
