Key Responsibilities
Counsel students and parents regarding courses, programs, eligibility, and career opportunities.
Understand students’ academic goals and recommend suitable courses.
Handle enquiries, follow-ups, and admission conversions.
Conduct counselling sessions through phone calls, walk-ins, and other communication channels.
Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective students.
Achieve monthly admission and counselling targets.
Maintain accurate records of enquiries, follow-ups, and admissions.
Coordinate with the academic and admissions teams to ensure a smooth student onboarding process.
Build strong relationships with students and parents.
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of experience in academic/education counseling.:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong interpersonal and convincing skills.
Valuable understanding of student counselling and admission processes.
Target-oriented and self-motivated approach.
Ability to handle students and parents professionally.
Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM/lead-management systems will be an advantage.
