Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain.
Experience:
Key Responsibilities:
Source and evaluate suppliers based on quality, price, delivery, and service.
Obtain and compare quotations from vendors.
Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules.
Prepare and process Purchase Requisitions (PRs) and Purchase Orders (POs).
Monitor order status and ensure timely delivery of materials.
Maintain supplier relationships and evaluate vendor performance.
Coordinate with internal departments to understand procurement requirements.
Ensure procurement activities comply with company policies and budgets.
Maintain procurement records, contracts, and documentation.
Resolve supplier-related issues such as delays, quality concerns, and invoice discrepancies.
Track inventory levels and coordinate replenishment to avoid stock shortages.
Prepare procurement reports, cost analyses, and savings reports.
Skilled certification (e.g., CIPS or CPSM) is an advantage.
