Call and follow up with potential customers who have shown interest through Meta (Facebook/Instagram) lead forms.
Communicate politely and effectively to understand customer needs and preferences.
Explain product details, offers, and services clearly and persuasively.
Generate interest and schedule showroom visits or design consultations.
Maintain accurate records of all calls, conversations, and follow-ups in CRM/Google Sheets.
Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to ensure smooth lead flow and feedback sharing.
Excellent verbal communication in Tamil and English (Hindi is a plus).
Pay: ₹9,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
