Job Description - Store Executive

Department: Store
Reporting To: HR
Inventory Management
Maintain accurate stock levels and ensure timely replenishment of materials and items.
Monitor daily stock movement (inward and outward).
Update stock registers, ERP/SAP/Tally system regularly and accurately.
Conduct periodic stock audits and assist in physical verification.
Material Receiving & Inspection
Receive incoming materials; verify quantity and quality as per purchase order and invoice.
Ensure proper documentation including GRN (Goods Receipt Note), delivery challan, and inspection reports.
Coordinate with the purchase and QC team in case of discrepancies.
Storage & Handling
Ensure secure and proper storage of materials as per company standards (FIFO/LIFO).
Label, categorize, and track inventory for easy retrieval.
Maintain a clean and organized store area.
Dispatch & Issue of Materials
Process material requisitions from departments.
Issue stocks based on approval and maintain proper documentation.
Coordinate timely dispatch to sites, clients,



or departments as needed.
Documentation & Reporting
Maintain all store-related documents (GRN, stock ledger, requisition slips, issue cards).
Prepare weekly and monthly stock reports for management review.
Ensure compliance with internal controls and audit requirements.
Coordination & Communication
Coordinate with Sales, finance, and Service teams.
Track pending orders and follow-up with vendors/suppliers for timely delivery.
7. Compliance & Safety:
Ensure adherence to company policies and SOPs related to material handling and store operations.:
Follow safety protocols during loading, unloading, and storing hazardous or heavy items.Key Skills Required:
Robust knowledge of inventory systems (ERP/Store Management Software).

Pay: ₹10,077.92 - ₹32,498.48 per month
