What You Will Do (Responsibilities)
Welcome Guests: Greet customers with a warm smile as they arrive and guide them to their tables.
Menu Expertise: Present menus, answer questions, and offer recommendations on daily specials, coffee blends, and food items.
Order Management: Take accurate food and beverage orders and enter them into the POS (Point of Sale) system efficiently.
Serve with Care: Deliver food and drinks to tables promptly, ensuring accuracy and excellent presentation.
Table Maintenance: Clear tables, clean spills,
and reset tables quickly for the next guests.
Customer Satisfaction: Check in with diners during their meal to ensure they are enjoying their experience and resolve any issues promptly.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with the barista and kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations during busy shifts.
What We Are Looking For (Requirements)
Prior experience as a waiter/waitress or in a customer service role is a plus, but we are happy to train the right person
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
A positive, energetic attitude and a genuine desire to provide excellent hospitality.
Ability to remain calm and organized during busy rushes.
Comfortable standing for long periods and carrying trays of food and drinks.
Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.
