Roles & Responsibilities:
Conduct fitness assessments and evaluate client needs and goals
Design and implement personalized workout plans
Demonstrate proper techniques for exercises and equipment use
Monitor client progress and adjust training programs accordingly
Provide motivation, encouragement, and professional guidance
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workout workplace
Enforce gym rules and ensure equipment is used safely
Educate clients on health, nutrition, and lifestyle improvements
Track attendance and maintain accurate client records
Participate in staff meetings, training, and continuing education
Qualifications:
Certification in Personal Training (e.g., K11 fitness certification, ACE, NASM.)
Prior experience as a gym trainer or fitness coach preferred
Strong knowledge of fitness techniques, exercise science, and nutrition
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
High level of professionalism and personal fitness
Pay: ₹250,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
