Role Overview

Key Responsibilities
Design high-quality visuals for client campaigns, including social media creatives, ads, banners, etc that align with their brand voice and objectives.
Work closely with marketing strategists,performance marketers and designers to understand client objectives and deliver high-quality designs.
Follow brand guidelines while bringing creativity and innovation to campaign visuals.
Integrate AI-powered tools like Adobe Firefly, Canva AI, Midjourney,



and others into the design process to boost creativity, streamline workflows, and enhance output.
Manage multiple projects, allocate tasks to interns, and ensure deadlines are met while maintaining a collaborative and creative environment.
Stay up-to-date with design trends, emerging tools, and current techniques to continuously bring fresh ideas to client projects. Qualifications
Students from design institutes like NIFT, Pearl Academy, etc. are encouraged to apply
6 months - 1 year of graphic design experience, preferably in a creative or marketing agency.
Immediate availability to join and work from our Kirti Nagar office
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator Required; After Effects & Premiere Pro a plus).
Solid sense of aesthetics, typography, and layout.
Familiarity with AI-powered design tools (such as Adobe Firefly, Canva AI, Midjourney, or similar) and a willingness to explore new technologies
