Handle customer service calls and complaints.
Schedule and coordinate service engineers for installations and breakdown calls.
Track service call status and ensure timely closure.
Maintain service reports, service register, warranty records, and AMC data.
Coordinate spare parts requirements with stores and purchase teams.
Prepare daily and monthly service MIS reports.
Follow up with customers to ensure service satisfaction
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
