We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Freight Broker with proven experience in the US logistics market to join our growing team.

Responsibilities:
Generate, qualify, and convert leads through cold calling and outbound sales (US market):
Build and maintain solid relationships with shippers and carriers:
Manage end-to-end freight movement and ensure timely coordination
Negotiate competitive rates with shippers and carriers
Maintain accurate records in CRM/TMS systems
Consistently meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly targets:
Provide proactive shipment updates and resolve operational issues

Qualifications:
Minimum 6+ months of experience as a Freight Broker (US market):
Proven track record in sales, brokerage, or logistics operations:
Robust English communication skills (both verbal and written)
Confident in cold calling, negotiation, and closing deals
