The role includes recruitment, employee relations, payroll coordination, statutory compliance, performance management, training and development, workforce planning, and employee engagement. The HR Manager will ensure that HR policies and practices support business objectives while maintaining compliance with applicable labor laws and industry regulations
Pay: ₹15,515.45 - ₹54,467.60 per month
