Key Responsibilities
Identify and bid on relevant projects on Upwork that align with the company's service offerings.
Write customized, persuasive, and high-converting proposals.
Analyze client requirements and prepare tailored solutions.
Communicate with prospective clients to understand project scope, timelines, and budgets.
Negotiate pricing, timelines, and contract terms while maintaining profitability.
Coordinate with technical and delivery teams to ensure accurate project estimations.
Build and maintain long-term client relationships for repeat business.
Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and consistently achieve bidding and conversion targets.
Track proposal performance, win rates, and client feedback to improve bidding strategies.

Required Skills & Qualifications
