Responsibilities:
Handle customer queries, requests, and complaints via voice and chat.
Provide prompt and effective resolutions to ensure customer satisfaction.
Deliver an excellent customer experience while maintaining quality standards.
Follow company policies and process guidelines.
Eligibility:
Undergraduate/Graduate.
Excellent English communication skills (Verbal & Written).
Ability to write grammatically correct, concise, and accurate responses.
Comfortable working in rotational shifts.
Immediate joiners preferred.
Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
