Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Business Development Manager (BDM) to drive the sales and business development of our Hardware & Veneers brand across the Chandigarh Tricity region.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute business development plans to achieve sales targets across Chandigarh Tricity.
Build and maintain robust relationships with architects, interior designers, contractors, builders, dealers, and project consultants.
Regularly visit architectural and interior-design firms to introduce and promote the company's Hardware & Veneers products.
Generate current leads and identify upcoming residential, commercial, hospitality, retail, and other interior projects.




Develop relationships at the architect and designer level and ensure company products are considered and specified in relevant projects.
Track projects from initial enquiry and product specification through sampling, quotation, negotiation, order, and execution.
Manage regular follow-ups with architects, clients, contractors, dealers, and project teams.
Convert leads and project opportunities into confirmed orders and revenue.
Coordinate with internal teams for product samples, quotations, pricing, availability, order processing, and deliveries.
Develop and maintain dealer and channel relationships as required.
Identify recent markets, customers, projects, and business opportunities.
Monitor competitor products, pricing, activities, and market trends.
Maintain an updated database of architects, designers, dealers, contractors, clients, and ongoing projects.
Maintain accurate records of meetings, leads, project status, quotations, follow-ups, and conversions.
