Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
Record day-to-day accounting transactions in Tally Prime.
Prepare and manage customer invoices, vendor payments, and accounts receivable.
Perform bank, vendor, and customer ledger reconciliations.
Assist in GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance activities.
Support payroll processing and employee reimbursement accounting.
Prepare periodic MIS reports for management review.
Maintain accurate accounting records and organized documentation for audits and statutory compliance.
Coordinate with external Chartered Accountants for statutory filings and compliance requirements.
Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing activities.
Support internal and statutory audits by providing required financial records and documentation.

Eligibility & Requirements
B.Com or M.Com.
1 year of relevant accounting experience.
Hands-on working experience in Tally Prime is mandatory.
Working knowledge of MS Excel, including formulas, VLOOKUP, and Pivot Tables.




Valuable understanding of accounting principles, GST, TDS, and statutory compliance.
Internship or prior work experience with a Chartered Accountant (CA) firm will be preferred.
Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and documentation discipline.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
