Vedyam Technology is a Digital Marketing and Ecommerce Marketplace coaching institute focused on helping students and working professionals learn digital marketing and Ecommerce marketplace selling through practical training programs.

We are looking for an energetic and confident Telecaller who can communicate with students, explain our courses, and help convert leads into admissions.

Roles & Responsibilities
Call interested leads generated from Meta Ads, Google Ads, WhatsApp, and social media.
Explain Digital Marketing & Ecommerce Marketplace Training courses and training programs to students.
Handle admission-related queries professionally.
Follow up with interested students regularly.
Maintain daily call records and lead status updates.
Convince prospects to visit the institute or attend demo sessions.
Coordinate with the counselling and marketing team.
Build positive relationships with students and parents.
Achieve daily and monthly calling targets.

Requirements:
Valuable communication skills in Hindi.




Basic English understanding will be an advantage.
Confident speaking and convincing skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Interest in eCommerce & Digital Marketing is a plus.
