About the Role
Key Responsibilities:
Call clients regarding their loan requirements
Collect and verify basic client information
Run/check CIBIL reports as per process
Understand the client's basic financial profile
Conduct initial assessment of loan eligibility
Coordinate with the internal team for further processing
Ensure timely follow-up with clients
Who Can Apply?
Freshers and recent graduates are welcome
Good communication skills
Basic knowledge of MS Excel / computers
Comfortable speaking with clients over the phone
Good analytical and interpersonal skills
