Job Summary

Roles & Responsibilities
Counsel students regarding educational programs, certifications, and career opportunities.
Understand students' educational background, interests, and career goals.
Explain course details, fee structure, batch schedules, and placement support.
Follow up with prospective students and convert leads into admissions.
Maintain records of student inquiries, follow-ups, and enrollments.
Coordinate with academic and placement teams for smooth student onboarding.
Conduct counseling sessions, seminars, webinars, and career guidance activities.
Build and maintain positive relationships with students and parents.
Achieve admission and enrollment targets assigned by the organization.

Required Skills:




Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Solid counseling and convincing abilities.
Positive presentation and negotiation skills.
Ability to understand student requirements and provide appropriate guidance.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
Self-motivated, organized, and target-oriented.

Qualification
Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
Freshers with excellent communication skills can apply.
Prior experience in Educational Counseling, Admissions, Telecalling, Sales, or Customer Service will be preferred.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
