Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
Manage and maintain client records, files, and databases accurately.
Coordinate with counselors and case processing teams for file management.
Upload and update client information in CRM and company systems.
Draft letters, forms, checklists, and supporting documentation.
Verify documents for completeness and accuracy before submission.
Generate reports and maintain daily operational records.
Support office administration and other back-office activities as required.
Ensure confidentiality and security of client information.

Requirements:
Graduate in any discipline.
Minimum 1 year of experience in back-office operations, immigration, or overseas education consultancy preferred.




Knowledge of Canada, UK, Australia, USA, New Zealand, and Europe visa processes is an advantage.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Positive written and verbal communication skills.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple tasks.
