About the Role:
We’re looking for a creative and culturally aware Social Media Manager to join the Soul+ team full time, in-office at Nagpur.

This role is for someone who understands content beyond just posting — someone who can think strategically, write compelling copy, build community, and create a strong digital presence for the brand. Strong content writing and communication skills are a key part of this role.

Key Responsibilities:




Manage and execute the social media strategy across Instagram and other digital platforms
Plan monthly content calendars aligned with campaigns, events, launches, and brand goals
Write engaging captions, hooks, carousel copy, reel text, and story content
Coordinate with designers, video editors, and the marketing team for content execution
Maintain brand tone, voice, and visual consistency across platforms
Track trends, audience behavior, and content performance
Manage community engagement including comments, DMs, and audience interaction
Assist in campaign ideation and content brainstorming

Requirements:
Strong content writing and copywriting skills are mandatory
Good understanding of Instagram, reels, internet culture, and social media trends
Ability to communicate ideas clearly and creatively
Experience in social media management is preferred
Robust organizational and coordination skills
Basic understanding of content strateg
