About BLOSKIIN

BLOSKIIN is a recent-age skincare brand being built for the next generation of skincare consumers. We are creating skincare that combines innovation, functionality and a fresh, culturally relevant approach to beauty.

We are now building our core marketing team and are looking for a Social Media Manager who understands social media beyond simply posting content.

This person will play a key role in building BLOSKIIN’s online identity, creating conversations around the brand and turning our social platforms into a solid community and growth channel.

What you’ll do
Develop and execute BLOSKIIN’s social media strategy across Instagram and other relevant platforms.
Create and manage monthly and weekly content calendars.
Develop creative concepts for Reels, carousels, Stories, UGC, memes and other social-first formats.
Identify trending sounds, formats, conversations and cultural moments relevant to Gen-Z and find ways to creatively connect them with BLOSKIIN.
Work closely with the founders and marketing team to turn brand ideas into engaging social content.




Coordinate with creators, influencers, photographers, videographers and other content partners.
Build and manage BLOSKIIN’s creator and UGC ecosystem.
Manage the brand’s social media community, including comments, DMs and audience conversations.
Monitor social media trends, competitors and emerging beauty/lifestyle brands.
Track social media performance, including reach, engagement, views, follower growth and content performance.
Analyse what is working and continuously improve the content strategy.
Experiment with recent content formats and ideas to increase organic reach and brand awareness.
Work with the marketing team on product launches, campaigns and brand activations.
Maintain a consistent brand voice and visual identity across social platforms.
