We are seeking a creative and results-driven Social Media Manager to manage and grow our brand's online presence across multiple social media platforms.

Responsibilities:
Develop and execute social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
Manage daily content posting on platforms including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, X (Twitter), and YouTube.
Create content calendars and coordinate campaigns.
Write engaging captions, hashtags, and social media copy.
Monitor comments, messages, and community interactions.
Analyze performance metrics and prepare monthly reports.
Collaborate with designers, photographers, and marketing teams to create high-quality content.
Stay updated with social media trends, algorithms, and industry best practices.
Plan and manage paid social media advertising campaigns.
Work with influencers and brand partners when required.

Requirements:




Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role.
Robust understanding of major social media platforms and their best practices.
Experience using tools such as Meta Business Suite, Canva, Buffer, Hootsuite, or similar platforms.
Knowledge of social media analytics and reporting.
Excellent communication and creative writing skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Experience with paid advertising campaigns is preferred.

Preferred Skills:
Basic graphic design and video editing knowledge.
Familiarity with content creation tools such as Canva, CapCut, Adobe Photoshop, or Premiere Pro.
Understanding of digital marketing and SEO principles.

Pay: ₹11,390.71 - ₹43,099.72 per month
