Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Property Manager with a solid technical background to manage operations, maintenance, and resident satisfaction for premium residential societies. The role requires hands-on technical knowledge, excellent stakeholder management, and the ability to ensure high service standards.

Key Responsibilities
Oversee end-to-end property operations for premium residential societies
Manage technical systems including electrical plumbing HVAC fire safety and STP WTP
Plan and monitor preventive and breakdown maintenance activities
Coordinate with vendors AMCs and service partners to ensure quality and compliance
Conduct regular site inspections and ensure assets are well maintained
Manage society budgets OPEX CAPEX and cost control
Ensure statutory compliance safety audits and regulatory requirements
Handle resident escalations and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
Coordinate with RWA MC members and stakeholders for smooth operations
Maintain MIS reports maintenance logs and asset registers




Supervise technical staff housekeeping and security teams
Support handover snag closure and project related activities when required

Requirements:
Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering Electrical Mechanical Civil or related field
Minimum 8 to 12 years of experience in property or facility management
Strong experience managing premium or high-end residential societies
Sound technical knowledge of building systems and services
Positive understanding of statutory compliance and safety norms

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,021.52 - ₹55,000.00 per month
