Key Responsibilities:
Platform Bidding: Search daily on Upwork, Freelancer and Guru for relevant job posts.
Proposal Writing: Write custom messages that highlight your team's specific skills to solve the client's problem.
Client Communication: Handle chat and video calls to explain your services and negotiate pricing.
Project Setup: Define the scope, milestones, and deadlines with the client.
Pipeline Management: Track all leads and follow-ups so no potential buyer is lost.
Target Achievement: Hit monthly goals for the number of closed deals and revenue generated.
Core Requirements:
Language Skills: Excellent written and spoken English to easily talk to international clients.
Sales Experience: Proven ability to persuade people and build trust online.
Platform Knowledge:
Experience using bidding credits (like Upwork Connects), managing profiles and winning top-rated client reviews.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
